Chef Kingsley McGregor
Kingsley is a quiet dedicated man who has a passion for his Jamaican cuisine. Born and raised in Redlight, Kingsley has worked at Strawberry Hill since its opening in 1994. All of our guests can look forward to a truly Jamaican dining experience both in the Restaurant and Spa.
Dale Mitchell – Spa Manager and Elemental Trainer
Dale has over 10 years in the Spa industry and 4 years at Strawberry Hill Aveda Spa. He believes in and adopts a multi-dimensional approach to spa treatment focused on attaining perfect balance in the body, mind and spirit.
Franklin Johnson
Frank has been at Strawberry Hill for nearly 40 years and is always to be found in the gardens. He is the caretaker, plumber, engineer, gardener and electrician to name but a few of his skills and has fascinating stories to tell of the entire district.
